Sedona offers visitors a sometimes confusing myriad of choices for wellness and spirituality, lodging and meals. After living here for several years, these are my personal favorites.
Sedona Self-Love Retreats
Sedona Self-Love retreats will schedule you with the best holistic, spiritual and wellness practitioners in Sedona. You can stay on their property or anywhere you like. They will design a personalized itinerary of sessions to meet your specific wellness needs.
A moderately priced hotel in the middle of Sedona’s uptown.
Le Petite Sedona
A rustic boutique hotel close to the beautiful Oak Creek.
Have everything you need to enjoy your stay.
Red Rock Cafe Breakfast and Lunch
Red Rock Cafe in the Village of Oak Creek near Clark’s market offers wonderful fresh food, the biggest cinnamon roll you have ever seen, delicious and generous salads and authentic Mexican meals, AND home-made pies.
Senior Bob’s Hot Dogs Lunch and Dinner
Where can you get a fresh hot dog or hamburger, with all the fixings, french fries and a drink for less than 10 dollars? At Senior Bob’s! It is my favorite for a quick and healthy meal.
If you’re traveling with picky eaters, Jose’s in the Safeway Plaza can meet the desires of any palate. They offer breakfast, sandwiches and burgers, salads and Mexican cuisine. Jose’s is wonderful about switching items to accommodate everyone.
Vegan eaters will delight in this wonderful and varied menu, scrumptious drinks and beautiful garden. Desserts are not to be missed.
Ever since my real estate agent bought me lunch here, I’ve been hooked. Open for lunch and dinner, The Hudson has a full bar and beautiful views. The meals are always delicious. It’s children friendly, too. (Well, for nice children!)
Open for lunch and dinner, The Salt Rock in Sedona’s uptown has a unique menu of delicious salads and full meals. The scallops were among the best I’ve ever tasted.
