Appointments & Sessions
How long is each session?
The first session is usually 90 minutes, and each session after that runs about 75 mins. Reiki and energy readings are always 90 minutes.
Do you give complimentary consultations?
Yes, I offer a 20-minute consultation to answer all your questions and see if hypnosis is right for you.
How do I schedule an appointment?
We can schedule over the phone, but the best way is to contact me via email Cynthia@CynthiaBeck.com, as I am often in session.
To secure your appointment, please provide the following:
- Credit Card Number
- Name on card
- Expiration Date
- Security Code
- Zip code
This information will be kept in a secured location and not used unless and until authorized. If you prefer, you can call the office and leave this information on my voice mail, or send a text message with the information.
Can appointments be canceled?
If you contact me within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will not be charged for any cancelled or missed appointments.
Do I need to do anything else before the appointment?
Yes, please download, print and complete the Intake and Release Forms on this website.

All HIPPA confidentiality laws are strictly followed; so ALL of your information will remain private.
What about confidentiality?
