You can be a non-smoker in three easy sessions!
The First Session
We’ll look at your relationship with tobacco, when you started, what cigarettes are important to you and why you want to quit. Then you will experience the tranquil state of hypnosis. You’ll be given specific homework to complete before your quit session, usually a week later.
The Second Session-Quit Day
Completely prepared, you will leave this session as a non-smoker. Most people never smoke again.
This session reinforces previous hypnotic suggestions and teaches you self-hypnosis, arming you with all the tools you need to live as a non-smoker.
